Since I have been exploring the topic of food, I figured I should include a post about asados, the equivalent of an American BBQ. Currently, it is summertime in South America, which is perfect for asados. Over the last couple weeks, I have already been to 3 asados. They were organized through the Stanford overseas program in partnership with La Universidad de Chile and La Universidad Catolica de Chile so we could get to know some local Chilean students, which was a lot of fun.
