Since folk music has a large presence in Southern Chile, playing the guitar is a very popular. When traveling around Valdivia, I was lucky enough to come across an older couple's workshop, where they have been making guitars by hand for decades. As reflected by these photos, what they do is truly an art.
I was so breath-taken by the beauty of the design studio that I asked the owners if I could snap a few pictures: they simply laughed and told me to take as many as I wanted. Enjoy.
